Tosha Stafford, is a bariatric weight-loss, mindset and habit coach, and is not like any other coach you will ever meet. Before becoming a coach she had a successful career as a Vice President of Client Services for a major bank. She totally understands what stress can do to the body, mind and soul.

In her financial career, Tosha climbed the ladder of success at the ultimate cost of her own health and happiness. After much contemplation Tosha, had bariatric surgery, left the corporate world, lost 140 pounds and found true happiness.

In 2016/2017 she regained 20 pounds and took it back off with the exact same program she is going to teach you!
