In September of 2016, my life changed drastically. I was a new wife, new step-mom and having my second round of plastic surgery. I was in the best shape of my life when my health drastically turned! I got a severe infection 6 weeks post-op that left me recovering for 6 months. During this time, I lost site of my goals, drank a little too much wine to self-soothe and ended up with a 20 pound regain!
This challenge is very special to me, as over the course of 1 year I created the exact steps I took to get myself Back on Track!
I see so many challenges out there that are based around the "product" they are selling or a specific "diet." We had weight-loss surgery to gain control back of our lives and never to "diet" again or return to buying products that only sell us "hope" and not the solution.
This is why I created a Back on Track challenge that is designed around mind-set, structure and real food! Many LOVE it so much they repeat it!

I had feeling of guilt, shame and anger. I felt like I was failing my surgery and if I would ever gain control. I kept saying to myself "when life slows down from all the chaos, I can focus and get Back on Track." The truth was, life never slowed down. There was no "perfect time" to start.
I just needed to start somewhere.
I wish I could say losing regain was as easy as it was to lose weight right after surgery.
The truth is, it is NOT!
When you take off regain or weight from a long stall, it will take time, effort and persistance.
